As we close out a very different, and difficult 2020, we look back at all the ways the pandemic upset our routines, local economy and in the most unfortunate cases, lives and families. One aspect of daily life that was noticeably affected was our local sports landscape. Our favorite teams’ seasons were cut-short, cancelled or re-scheduled. We were unable to attend games. High school athletes put their seasons on hold and many senior athletes saw their careers end without ever seeing the field.
