Governor Hochul highlighted the economic benefits of this project, stating it will drive growth and create good-paying jobs in the heart of Rochester. The state provided up to $4 million in tax credits to support the project, which has a total cost of $50 million. Constellation Brands, a Fortune 500 company, has been a major player in the beverage industry for over 75 years.

SUNY Chancellor John B. King Jr. and other local leaders praised the investment, emphasizing its role in the continued revitalization of Rochester’s waterfront area through the “ROC the Riverway” initiative.
