Deputies responded to a trespassing incident at Eastview Mall in Victor.
John T. Ransom, 56, of Rochester, was arrested after deputies said he was found inside the mall despite a prior ban from all Wilmorite Properties.
The incident happened around 5:20 p.m. near Kay Jewelers.
Authorities said Ransom had been banned from the property on Feb. 24.
Deputies took him into custody at the scene.
He was transported to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office substation and later released on an appearance ticket.
