A former food truck has found a permanent home in Lyons, with Smoke N Griddle officially opening its brick-and-mortar restaurant this month, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Owners Jenn Maine and Michael Long, longtime locals, spent years perfecting their menu of smoked meats and bar-style favorites. Nearly everything is made in-house—from fresh mozzarella to hand-breaded tenders.
The new spot at 32 William St. aims to be a cozy community hub. Future plans include live music and outdoor events come spring.
