A woman is facing charges after a fight inside the Victor Walmart that happened in front of a child.
Deputies arrested 36-year-old Kayla Marie Elmore of Palmyra around 4:42 p.m. on August 28. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the altercation created a potential risk to the child’s physical and emotional well-being. The incident took place at the Walmart on Commerce Drive in Victor.
Elmore was taken into custody without incident and processed at the Eastview Mall substation.
