Guilty plea in deadly Airbnb mass shooting

A Rochester man has pleaded guilty in connection to a 2022 mass shooting at an Airbnb that left one dead and four injured, according to WHAM.


Davonte Lippens admitted to a weapons charge tied to a gun and drug bust following the shootout, which happened during a rap video recording on Illinois Street. He’ll be sentenced in October to 3.5 years in prison.

Another suspect, Martin Gibson, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of Jahkeem Douglas and will also be sentenced in October.
