The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Connor Hess, 21, of Seneca Falls, on June 12 following a stalking complaint.
Hess was reported to have repeatedly visited the victim’s residence and workplace despite being told to stop, causing the victim fear and concern.
Hess, who met the victim through work, was charged with one count of fourth-degree stalking.
He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection has been requested for the victim.
