The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of an Ovid man after a larceny investigation.
Michael Dove, 34, is accused of taking merchandise out of a box in the store, handing the empty box to an asset protection worker, and leaving the store without trying to pay for it.
He was charged with petit larceny.
Police say Dove was released with an appearance ticket.
