Police: SF woman charged after child observed wandering around Troy St. unsupervised

On March 20th at approximately 12:34 p.m. police arrested a 32-year-old Seneca Falls resident on a number of charges following an investigation into unsupervised children.

Police say Kaley L. Garman, 32, of Seneca Falls failed to maintain adequate supervision of her three-year-old child. During the investigation, it was determined that the child was left unserupvesed and exited the residence for several minutes while inadequately dressed for the conditions.

Garman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt, and disorderly conduct.

Police say the incident took place on Troy Street, where the child was observed wandering around unsupervised.

Garman was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
