A Sodus man was arrested on driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation charges after a Monday night traffic stop on Route 104, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies identified him as Marcabdias Senatus, 38, and said they stopped his westbound vehicle in the town of Sodus at about 9:58 p.m. Monday.
The sheriff's office said deputies saw the vehicle swerve across the centerline before making the stop.
Deputies said Senatus showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests.
A later chemical breath test measured his blood alcohol concentration at 0.12%, according to the release.
The office said Senatus was charged with first-offense DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several other traffic violations.
Deputies took him to Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
The release lists a later appearance in Huron Town Court but does not give a date.
