A Rochester man was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny following a Sept. 12 complaint at Watkins Glen International in the town of Dix.
Shomari Lamar-Kasim Mitchell, 32, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, according to an arrest notice. The notice did not provide details about the alleged incident.
Mitchell was arraigned in Schuyler County’s centralized arraignment court and released to appear in Dix Town Court.
