Bath police arrested a village resident after a business on state Route 54 reported receiving harassing phone calls on Monday.
Robert P. Tobias, 66, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.
Officers responded to the business in the town of Bath around 8:53 a.m. Police said the calls were made from a landline.
Tobias was processed and taken to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
