A Bath man was charged after police said an argument at a Haverling Street residence turned physical Sept. 23.
Raul J. Ramos, 47, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Village police responded around 9:54 a.m. Investigators said Ramos punched another man in the face following a verbal argument.
The injured man required emergency medical treatment, police said. Ramos was taken to the Steuben County Jail, arraigned and released.
