A Bath woman faces stolen property and drug possession charges following an investigation into a missing package on East William Street.
Jacqueline N. Myers, 41, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Police later charged her with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
A resident reported Sept. 1 that a package delivered by FedEx had gone missing and told police he believed a neighbor had taken it. The investigation led to an arrest warrant for Myers.
Officers found Myers on West Morris Street and arrested her Sept. 25. During a search following the arrest, police said they found suspected fentanyl.
Myers was taken to the Steuben County Jail, arraigned and released.
