An Elmira man faces charges following a vehicle pursuit on state Route 226 in the town of Tyrone.
Hunter J. Stone, 28, was charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several traffic violations, according to an arrest notice.
Stone was issued traffic tickets to appear in Tyrone Town Court. The notice did not specify a court date or identify the property involved in the possession charge.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office and Bath Village Police assisted in the arrest.
