Seneca Falls police arrested a 22-year-old Rochester woman Wednesday on a bench warrant issued after she violated a conditional discharge, according to the department.
Giselle M. Caito was taken into custody at 3:55 p.m. July 15 and held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment in centralized arraignment court.
Police said the conditional discharge stemmed from a 2024 petit larceny arrest. The release did not provide additional information about the alleged violation or the original case.
Caito was awaiting arraignment when police issued the release Thursday. No further court disposition was provided.
