The new 911 GT4 R is based on the chassis of the latest 992.2 generation Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. Under the hood, you can have a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six that’s good for up to 520 horsepower. The engine is paired with a six-speed sequential race gearbox that is tuned for quick and smooth shifts on the track. The real power output, however, could be affected by the GT4 Balance of Performance (BoP) rules which are intended to equalize the field between different manufacturers in the racing series.
