A Lyons man was arrested on a warrant after deputies said he failed to appear in court on a petit larceny charge.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Rufus W. Hall, 32, of Pearl Street in the town of Lyons, was arrested at about 11 p.m. June 26.
Deputies said Hall had initially been issued an appearance ticket June 16 for petit larceny. He allegedly failed to appear for his court date June 23.
Hall was taken to the Wayne County Jail.
He was scheduled to await CAP Court at 7 a.m. June 27, according to the sheriff's office.
