A Farmington man was charged with driving while intoxicated after deputies conducted a late-night traffic stop in the Town of Canandaigua.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said Terrence L. Davis, 54, was stopped around 11:30 p.m. April 24 on State Route 332 after deputies observed a traffic violation.
Following an investigation, deputies determined Davis was intoxicated and placed him under arrest.
He was issued tickets for speed in zone, speed over 55, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI. Davis is scheduled to appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
