Separately, a 35-year-old Montour Falls woman was charged with trespass following a complaint on Owego Street and was also issued an appearance ticket.
Deputies also reported a driving while intoxicated arrest in Watkins Glen. She was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Watkins Glen Village Court.
