A Wayne County woman has been charged with drug-impaired driving months after a crash in the Town of Walworth prompted an extended investigation.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported that Carrie J. Vilinski, of Ridge Road in the Town of Ontario, was arrested April 26 in connection with a motor vehicle accident that occurred in September 2025.
Authorities allege Vilinski was operating a vehicle while under the influence of controlled substances at the time of the crash. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, along with multiple traffic infractions.
Vilinski is scheduled to appear in the Town of Walworth Court on May 6 at 5:30 p.m. to answer the charges.
