A Seneca Falls woman was taken into custody following a traffic stop that led to drug-impaired driving charges and the discovery of an outstanding warrant.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reported that Amanda R. Mahaffey, 39, was arrested April 25 after being stopped for operating a vehicle without lights.
Police said further investigation determined Mahaffey was driving while impaired by drugs. She was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle without tail lamps, a violation.
