Geneva woman charged after harassment calls in Waterloo

A Geneva woman is facing a misdemeanor charge after deputies say she repeatedly contacted another person in a way intended to alarm and upset them.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reported that 33-year-old Autumn Seppe-Shultz was arrested April 20 in the Town of Waterloo following a complaint about repeated phone calls.

Authorities allege Seppe-Shultz made multiple calls to the victim without any legitimate purpose, instead intending to cause annoyance, fear, and distress.

She was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in CAP Court. Deputies requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
