Deputies arrested a man after responding to a domestic incident on a quiet Sodus road Monday night.
Cody Anderson, 36, was taken into custody following an incident on Halcus Road in the Town of Sodus, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Anderson was highly intoxicated during the incident.
Investigators allege he threatened his significant other and her family while in possession of a dangerous instrument.
Deputies also reported that Anderson became combative after they arrived at the scene.
Anderson was charged with menacing in the second degree, harassment in the second degree, and aggravated family offense, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies transported him to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP Court scheduled for 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Authorities said Anderson will appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
