Police arrested a Geneva man March 13 on Exchange Street after discovering he had an active bench warrant.
Ryan A. Pesante-Davila, 36, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstructing governmental administration.
Officers determined Pesante-Davila had an active bench warrant issued by Geneva City Court.
While processing the arrest, officers located a controlled substance in his possession, according to police.
