A Walworth man was arrested following a domestic incident in the Town of Arcadia, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Ryan S. Maley, 31, of Atlantic Avenue, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
Deputies said the charges stem from an incident during which Maley allegedly attempted to leave the scene of a verbal argument while intoxicated.
Authorities said the victim tried to stop him, and Maley pushed the victim against a vehicle.
The victim then went inside a residence and locked themselves in a bedroom. Deputies said Maley followed and forced his way through the door, damaging the door frame and latch.
Maley was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and held in the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
