Wegmans is recalling its Deluxe Mixed Nuts Unsalted products after a supplier found Salmonella in a lot of raw pistachios, according to the FDA and WETM.
The recalled items—sold in 34 oz and 11.5 oz sizes—were available between Nov. 3 and Dec. 1 in 11 states and Washington, D.C. No illnesses have been reported, but the contamination could pose serious risks, especially for children, seniors, and people with weakened immune systems.
The FDA warns consumers to avoid the affected products to prevent possible infection.
