Wayne County man arrested in Auburn for DWI with a child in vehicle

Police arrested a Butler man following a routine traffic stop on Sunday.

According to a news release, State Police out of Auburn arrested Kevin J. Reagan, 35, of Butler for driving while intoxicated.


The traffic stop was initiated when troopers observed a vehicle with a break lamp out on State Route 5 in Aurelius. Upon investigation, Butler was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, open container, along with multiple traffic tickets.

Reagan is due to answer charges in the Town of Aurelius Court at a later date.
