Marion driver charged with felony DWI after being parked illegally

State Police arrested a 45-year-old Marion resident on felony DWI charges following an incident in Williamson.

Zachary Levine, 45, of Marion was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, and parking in a handicapped zone.

Troopers responded to the report of a person parked in a handicapped zone on Pearsall Street in Williamson.

Levine was placed through a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He later provided a breath sample, which revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.20%.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on April 24th.
