Deputies report the arrest of a Lyons man following a larceny investigation at Kinney Drugs.
According to a news release, Brian Lazzar, 44, was arrested following the theft of merchandise from the store.
Authorities didn’t detail what was stolen, or its value.
Lazzar was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket for a later date.
