Deputies arrested a Clifton Springs man for felony DWI with a child in the vehicle after a traffic stop in the city of Canandaigua.
According to a news release, Matthew Baker, 38, was taken into custody on Fort Hill Avenue around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
He was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI as a felony because he had a child under 15 in the vehicle.
Baker was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
