A Canandaigua woman was issued a harassment summons after police said she punched another person during a disturbance at Parkway Plaza.
Marin Romona, 31, received the summons Sept. 16 on a second-degree harassment charge tied to the Sept. 5 incident, according to an Oct. 5 Canandaigua Police Department blotter.
Police alleged Romona struck the person in the face with a closed fist.
The department did not report an injury or provide other details of the encounter.
Romona is due in Canandaigua City Court at a later date, police said.
