A Canandaigua woman was issued a criminal summons after police said she failed to appear in court on an earlier DWI arrest.
Kaylee Ladisair, 35, received the summons Sept. 14 at about 9:13 a.m., according to an Oct. 5 Canandaigua Police Department blotter.
The department did not provide details of the earlier DWI case or specify the date of the missed appearance.
Ladisair is due in Canandaigua City Court at a later date, police said.
