A Canandaigua man was charged with trespass after police said he returned to an Eastern Boulevard business where he had previously been barred.
Jason Ward, 36, was arrested Sept. 13 at about 7 p.m., according to an Oct. 5 Canandaigua Police Department blotter.
Police said Ward was observed on the property despite the earlier trespass notice.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is due in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
