An Auburn woman was arrested Sept. 18 on an Ontario County warrant involving an aggravated family offense and a criminal contempt charge, the Ontario County Sheriff's Office said.
Autumn Lewis, 20, was taken into custody at the Cayuga County Jail and transported to the Ontario County Jail, according to the sheriff's office.
The warrant listed aggravated family offense and second-degree criminal contempt, the release said. Deputies did not describe the incident behind the charges or say when it occurred.
The department also did not explain whether the contempt count involved an order of protection or another court directive. It provided no information about another person involved in the case.
Lewis was held at the Ontario County Jail pending Centralized Arraignment Court. The sheriff's office did not provide the result of that appearance.
The release said she will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date. It did not specify when.
