Police said Mikko was the caller and was found to have an active order of protection against him that required him to refrain from contact or third-party contact with the protected parties he was trying to reach.

After interviewing the protected parties, police said they learned Mikko had contacted them multiple other times over a three-month period.

Mikko was located, arrested and processed, according to police. He was transported to Steuben County Jail for centralized arraignment and was remanded on $2,000 bail.

Mikko was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Bath police said New York State Police assisted.
