The Keuka Wolves softball saw two of its top performers recognized Tuesday as junior Hailey Jasinski and senior Olivia Flynn earned all-conference honors following standout seasons for the Wolves. Jasinski was named Second Team shortstop for her third career all-conference selection, while Flynn collected Third Team pitcher honors and additional recognition from the conference for her leadership on and off the field.
Jasinski delivered one of the most productive offensive seasons in program history, batting .463 with 44 hits, totals that rank among the best single-season marks the program has seen. Half of her hits went for extra bases, including 10 doubles, four triples and eight home runs. Her eight homers tied for the second-most in a single season in school history and pushed her into a tie for third on Keuka’s career home run list with 10. It marked the second straight year Jasinski earned Second Team honors after previously being selected to the Third Team.
Flynn capped her collegiate career with another all-conference nod after leading Keuka both in the circle and at the plate. The senior threw a career-high 101.2 innings and recorded 76 strikeouts, finishing just outside the program’s single-season top 10. She closed her career ranked among Keuka’s all-time leaders in appearances, innings pitched and strikeouts while also batting .365 with 22 runs scored. Flynn graduates as the program’s career doubles leader with 38 and ranks fifth in total hits with 134.
In addition to her all-conference honor, Flynn was also one of 12 student-athletes recognized by the conference for leadership, sportsmanship and academic excellence.
