A Canandaigua woman was taken into custody earlier this week on an active bench warrant, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies report that Renee Maria Mattei, 46, was arrested April 20 in the Town of Hopewell.
Authorities said Mattei was wanted on a bench warrant issued out of Hopewell Town Court. She was taken into custody without incident.
Following her arrest, Mattei was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held for CAP Court proceedings.
The arrest was handled by Deputy Herendeen.
