A Geneva woman was taken into custody this week after deputies say she remained inside a county building despite being ordered to leave.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported that Lysette A. Landrau, 35, was arrested April 20 at the Department of Social Services in the Town of Hopewell.
According to deputies, Landrau had previously been trespassed from the property but returned and stayed inside the building without a legitimate purpose after being asked to leave by security.
She was taken into custody without incident and issued an appearance ticket. Landrau is scheduled to answer the charge in court at a later date.
The incident was investigated by Deputy Herendeen.
