Police responded to a two-vehicle crash March 16 at the intersection of State Route 5 and State Route 414 in Seneca Falls.
The crash occurred at about 4:42 p.m. and involved a westbound vehicle that failed to yield and stop at a malfunctioning traffic control device.
Officers said one driver was evaluated at the scene by medical personnel and later transported to Geneva General Hospital for further evaluation.
Authorities temporarily shut down State Route 5 following the crash but reopened the roadway a short time later.
The Seneca Falls Police Department received assistance from the Seneca Falls Fire Department, North Seneca Ambulance and the Village of Waterloo Police Department.
