State police arrested an Addison man in connection with a theft investigation involving stolen property from a Painted Post apartment.
Randall L. Holman, 36, was taken into custody March 16 after being located by Corning police on outstanding warrants.
The investigation began Dec. 30 when troopers responded to a report of larceny at an apartment on North Hamilton Street in Painted Post. Authorities said multiple items were taken, including an electric bicycle.
Investigators later identified Holman as a suspect and requested a warrant through the Town of Erwin Court on March 5. A bench warrant was subsequently issued.
Corning police located Holman and took him into custody before turning him over to state police.
Holman was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
He was transported to State Police in Painted Post for processing and later remanded to the Steuben County Jail for centralized arraignment.
