A used Bobcat mini-excavator is heading to public auction later this month as part of a property seizure by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
The department announced it will sell a Bobcat E63 Mini-Excavator (Serial #B34R11230) on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, located at 6150 State Route 96 in Romulus.
The sale stems from a court-ordered execution against property related to a civil case in Tompkins County Supreme Court (Index #EF2022-0205) involving Mainstay Builders LLC.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the equipment will be sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees on condition, value, or functionality. The winning bidder must remove the equipment the same day and cover all transport and related costs.
Terms of sale include:
- A 10% cash deposit due at the time of sale.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full by 3:00 p.m. the same day at the Sheriff’s Civil Office.
- The buyer is responsible for all removal and post-sale arrangements.
