A registered sex offender was arrested in Seneca Falls after police say he failed to report a change of address.
Officers took John M. Figueroa into custody on the morning of September 11 after issuing a warrant tied to the violation.
The charge—failing to register a new address—is a felony due to a prior offense of the same nature. Police processed Figueroa and transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
