Macedon housing project opens to first residents

A canal-side development years in the making will soon welcome its first tenants, according to The Times of Wayne County, as Harbor Point in Macedon prepares for move-ins later this month.

The $38 million, 138-unit project led by Pride Mark Homes includes townhomes, apartments, and a marina, with amenities like a pool, fitness center, and coworking spaces still under construction. Early demand is strong, with the first building fully leased and the next nearly full.

Rents range from about $1,800 to over $3,000 monthly, drawing residents from local areas and across the country. More phases are already underway, with completion expected next year.
