Two men were arrested after allegedly assaulting another man during a disturbance on Mill Street.
The Canandaigua Police Department took Christopher A. Rundt, 34, of Waterloo, and Antonio Balzano, 23, of Canandaigua, into custody on March 15 at 2:04 a.m. Both men were charged with second-degree harassment after police determined they had punched another male in the face.
Following the incident, Rundt was also charged with petit larceny after allegedly removing a dipstick from the engine compartment of a parked vehicle in the Mill Street parking lot.
Rundt and Balzano were released on appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
