A Watkins Glen man and Penn Yan woman have been arrested on felony weapons charges in Watkins Glen on Tuesday, February 1. The two separate incidents involved one found with a stunt gun and the other with a loaded handgun.
Todd Corey of Watkins Glen has been charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Watkins Glen police responded to an incident on Tuesday at 12:38 p.m. where two men were arguing and found Corey had an electric stunt gun, according to WETM.
Tammy Green of Penn Yan was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon after police responded to a domestic dispute at a local 7-Eleven at 11:24 p.m. on Tuesday. Green had a loaded 9mm handgun without a valid NYS pistol permit.
