A Waterloo man was arrested June 30 after Seneca Falls police said he stole items from a local business.
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department said Zachary Hunt, 43, of Waterloo, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said the arrest stemmed from an incident in which Hunt took items belonging to a local business and passed all points of sale without paying.
Hunt was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
