A Penn Yan woman was charged after police investigated a reported fight in the village.
Penn Yan police said Anna M. Rast, 37, of Penn Yan, was served a criminal summons for disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment.
Police said the investigation found Rast was involved in a physical altercation with another village resident and subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact.
Rast is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
