Schuyler County Public Health is asking for help identifying a dog or its owner after a person was bitten Saturday afternoon at Seneca Harbor Park in Watkins Glen.
The bite happened June 27 on the rock wall at the park, according to a message from Schuyler County Public Health.
Public health officials said they are seeking information so they can confirm the dog is healthy and protect the person who was bitten.
Anyone with information about the dog or its owner is asked to call Schuyler County Public Health at 607-535-8140.
