A Rochester man was arrested on a bench warrant after police said he failed to appear in Canandaigua City Court on an aggravated unlicensed operation charge.
Zaid A. Alhiyari, 25, was arrested June 25 at 6:30 p.m., according to a police blotter entry.
Police said the warrant was issued after Alhiyari failed to appear in court following the aggravated unlicensed operation charge.
Alhiyari was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
